Sud-Oust Way put together a three day private tour for the six of us. We had a great time visiting wineries in the Medoc and Graves areas, as well as a trip to the coast where we enjoyed fresh oysters, and a private boat tour of the bay. We learned a lot from our guides who were very knowledgeable and want to thank Thomas and Guillaume for the wonderful days we had with them. Every one in our group truly appreciated the team effort to give us a fantastic look at the Bordeaux region.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Guillaume and Margot. We spent three full days with Guillaume – two days wine tasting in Paulliac and St. Emillion, and one day driving us from Bordeaux to San Sebastian, stopping in several lovely towns along the way. We chose to do a tour initially because they were able to get us into wineries that refused to take us when we tried to schedule ourselves, but the value that they added turned out to be so much more than that. Margot helped me for months before our trip with every step of our planning, always patient and helpful with my numerous questions. And Guillaume was a wealth of knowledge, not only about wine, but he seemed to be an expert on all things French and Basque. As he took us through Bayonne, St. Jean de Luz, and Biarittz, he taught us so much about the history and culture, all in an interesting and engaging way – popping into a bakery so we could sample a local treat, showing our kids the sports that the locals play, etc. He even entertained our three children at some of the wineries so they could have some fun while we tasted wine in peace. They really went above and beyond in every respect, and I could not recommend them more.

We had a truly fantastic and memorable tour of three Bordeaux chateau and wineries. Quentin was a great guide, who gave us an-depth but easy to understand background of Bordeaux winery areas and their grapes and respective wines. The three chateau that we visited were beautiful, and their tours were top-notch. We enjoyed our lunch, and our walk around picturesque Saint-Emilion was equally fantastic. We will fondly remember this tour for years to come.

Guillame and Margot organized for my friends and us, 12 people, a remarkable two day tour to Saint Emillion and Medoc. From the time we landed Thomas, our guide, a warm and kind person made us feel at home. He was well informed of the area, the history, wines, wine making and chateau classification and very willing and effective to answer our questions and fit the tour to our needs. We visited two chateaus one in Saint Julien 3emes crus and one in Medoc 5eme crus where we toured the awesome Chateaus and tasted their wines. Every one of us were amazed.
